Borja Juárez Serna

He holds a Double degree in Law and Administration Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has also studied Giurisprudenza (Law) at the Universitá degli Studi di Torino with the score 29/30. He has an International MBA from the CECO (Center for Economic and Commercial Studies).

He studied the Practicum to access the Bar Association in the Criminal Court No. 21 of Madrid under the tutelage of the magistrate Dª. Julia Patricia Santamaría Matesanz, with the qualification of outstanding. He joined Chabaneix Abogados in June 2011.

He has worked advising clients of various nationalities (Italian, English, French, Russian, Algerian, Latin American, etc.) before criminal courts throughout Spain and before the European Court of Human Rights. In addition, he has worked on the expansion of international Law offices in Latin America. Languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian.
