Òscar Mir López graduated in Law from the Universidad Abat Oliba CEU in Barcelona. He studied the Master of Access to the Legal Profession at the same university, obtaining an honors degree in the subject of Criminal Litigation. He is currently a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He completed a postgraduate course in Compliance and Economic Criminal Law, areas in which he has gained experience in various companies in the insurance sector implementing and updating their respective Crime Prevention and Money Laundering Prevention Models. In addition, she has worked in the tax department of a law firm planning and optimizing the taxation of self-employed and companies.
